I only caught one person in the act. He'd also /duelled me as he ran by.
Of course, to move it you need to unequip your weapon.
And I was studying TKA at the time....
And as bonus points he was one of the server's known griefers.
I banned his corpse when I was done with him.
woohoo!
usually I just nicely ask them to stop, then ban them when they don't listen... then all of us in the cantina laugh at them. then I broadcast it in guildchat so more people can laugh. then ban them from the city. then ban them from more things if they get whiney or pissy. *twitch*

Hi all just had to post what I saw the other day
was in anchorhead and there was a musician playing a piano thing lol sorry forget its name
she (the musician) was playing away and was the only entertainer there. along came this griefer who grabbed her instument and must have used the use command and stated to drag it away from her, he lauhged and said he would move it downstairs.
to his surprise she wasnt afk just chatting in a group. basically she was pissed but kept her language clean, the greifer basically ignored her and laughed at her. 2 other people came to her defense including me.
ok I know there are nitwits ingame but this is an issue they should fix moving an entertainers instrument is like the summon command people used on CH and droids a couple of months ago. summon was fixed and I hope you fine people have this looked at
good luck
and thank you for keeping my mind sane lol

Thanks for showing your support both ingame and here on the boards.
These griefers cause huge problems by doing that. Especially when you're trying to buff. That's one of the reasons (there's also the targeting issue; can't untarget the instrument and target people, or you stop playing) many of us don't usethose instruments unless we're just having a jam session.
I actively encourage everyone to both /report and use the report harrassment option in the Holocron (ctrl H) when dealing with people who think it's funny to interfere with ayone's gameplay.

Yes, thanks very much for the support. The 'moveability' of the Nalargon and Ommni Box are a couple of the Entertainment profession's issues.

Also don't forget to /deny this person or other persons who do this to stop them from benefitting from your healing/buffage in the future

unfortunately, stupid people happen
they think that the ability for them to take someone else's stuff is cool. I've had to warn/ban quite a few people in our cantina for doing that.

Heheh in the Memorial I'll often come in to find the Nalargon moved, but as friends have pointed out, at least it means people are visiting.
Thanks for standing up for that Musician, jope. Both in-game and coming here to mention it. You're the type of person we love to hear from out here.

Thank you so much for noticing that this is a griefing tactic. /hero
