Entertainer Archive

I thought I'd start this thread, since people probably are less apt to read my other one because of the title.

I was going to auction a clothing attachment with +11 dance mind enhancement on the trade forums. In fact I did put it up, and it got up to 9 million before I pulled it. Instead, I'm hoping to organize a party, a big party, as big as Starsider has ever seen, and during the party I will raffle it off to live entertainers. I have some friends who are also going to donate some items, that, if the winner can't use them, they can sell them for a decent chunk of change. There are going to be at least a Grand prize, 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize, and some consolation gifts like bags of crystals or something.

CAKE is already involved, I'd like to get more Entertainment guilds in on it, as well as all other live entertainers. Even if you aren't on starsider, you're welcome to come over with a new character And obviously non-entertainers (like me) are all welcome to attend. I don't have a date set, I was thinking after thanksgiving, but before christmas, If anyone has a particular date in mind they're welcome to suggest it.

I'm posting this to welcome suggestions as to various activities (besides of course music, dance, and a raffle), possible locations (sandstorm city and Mesric sanctuary have been suggested), and anything else I might've forgotten. Also, if someone wants to volunteer to organize their group of friends for it, you're also welcome to do that.

I'm also going to post this in the Musician and Entertainer forums just to make sure I get everyone.

I think that's probably one of the best things I've heard someone do for entertainers. He could make 9 mil, but wants to RAFFLE it off to a live ent.

Meh, with ships, we can haul 19 people at a time out to Lok if it ends up being there. I'm sure I can find other friends to offer their ships for transport if we have a mass injection of Entertainers that night.

Well, good point! Maybe my Doc could make the "Buff Barge" and pull 19 people at a time over to Nym's on Lok, and quickness buffing em mid-trip. Haha.

Happens fairly often.

That's why I have the Digital Music Archive on the Warryyr Rack Stratomaphone.

Giant Dune Kimogilas are really fond of vinyl, too - they can smell it from 10,000m out. Fair warning.
