Are you ready to crawl?
We're hitting Corellia this time! As always, everyone from every server is welcome to attend this event. As with the last one, I'll be capturing film of the event and cutting it into a music video after the fact.
About The Event : The cantina crawls are a series of events that are open to everyone from every server. We gather in a particular cantina at a particular time, get all dressed up, and then 'crawl' from location to location and party hard. Although most of the people who attend are entertainers, we welcome folks from all walks of life to an evening of music, merriment, flirting, fashion and fun.
When : Saturday, July 10th. Gathering time is 7pm Eastern (4pm Pacific), we move out around 8pm. Latecomers are welcome to join wherever we are (use the channel listed below to contact us).
Where : We're crawling Corellia on the Bria Galaxy. We'll be meeting at the Four Rivers Cantina and moving out from there.
Channel : Once logged into Bria, type /chat join ent. Make sure this channel is visible in your chat window (right click on the tab and select modify). We'll be using this channel to communicate.
Travel Arrangements : If you're joining us from another server and need cash to aid with travel, contact 'Javier' (preferably before the event starts) and I'll take care of it.
What To Wear : Dancers will be provided with an outfit. Musicians can wear what they wish, though adhering to the chosen color scheme is a good idea. At least one master tailor will be on site to help. If you want clothing made, show up early! Everyone else, wear whatever you want! Bonus points for hawtpants.
Primary Contact : My name is Javier and I'll be the primary contact for the event. I'm also typically the only tailor there, and I'll be trying to capture video so I'll be a busy boy. If you're interested in helping, contact me or post here!

AKA: Key-Grip

Hehe I've learned something in my major at least. So you can use the link Lei gave or be lazy and just read the rest of this post. The gaffer is the head electrical person on a crew--in charge of making sure that the grips get the lights and other electrical doo dads where they need to be. (oh, and just a side note, that site's defenition of gaffer is slightly off--gaffers don't design the lighting, the Director of Photographydesigns itand the gaffer makes it happen.)

Okay, Lei and I can switch jobs this time. She can coordinate the costumes and I'll handle keeping the dancers in step and in time.
