Thread: Simultaneous Musician/Dancer buffs?

I know this has most likely been addressed, however... i can't find anything listed on this subject. 
Before the last patch you could /watch, /listen and gain both buffs simultaneously. Now.. it seems you can't! Is this the case? So we're back to a 15 minute average wait without buying doc enhancements for mind buffs? Please say it isn't so!!

Yep, you're right - since the last patch, simultaneous entertainer buffs don't work. So, now our buffs (which already take a long time to do) take even longer, since most folks want both buffs.
I think it's a shame what they've done to the Entertainer professions lately. And their lack of any communication with us is even more attrocious.
What's so ridiculous about all of this is, when I'm watching something, does that mean my ears suddenly don't work? There's no logical justification why I can't get my mind enhanced by a dancer and musician at the same time. And, because we've had nothing but deafening silence on the issue, my guess is - the Devs just like making our gameplay experience as miserable as possible. Without any kind of refute to that statement, it's the only conclusion I can draw.
But hey, Jedis and Starships are more important than us, so who cares. Nevermind that Jedis are the significant minority on every server (as should be the case) and Jump to Lightspeed is an expansion pack that many folks will not buy/play - yet all of the development resources have abandoned currently subscribed, paying customers for the prospect of future customers. That's an extremely poor management choice, and I've seen many many many friends leave the game due to this fact alone. No game should ever be abandoned for the sake of improving the vast minority profession's gameplay experience (vast minority by design, mind you) and to work on an expansion pack. A troubling vision of the mentality of the people who run this game - and for a lot folks, it was the last straw.

As far as I'm aware, this is nothing more than a bug. Not being able to get buffs by watching and listening at the same time was not an intended nerf, it just isn't working right since the last publish.

Deila's right, it's a bug... not intended side effect of the fix. It's gone to QA, I hope we have a fix soon.

Imho M dancer or M musician should be able to buff all three pools himself in a matter of5 minutes or so for 3 hours
why? masters are rare enough, they are only to be found in either Theed or Coronet (wich I dont even consider going to...)
to find 2 in the same cantina, that must be your luckiest day....... also
M doctors can buff 6 stats for 3hrs-3hours 30minutes in a matter of a minute and a half

/pat helldog We don't matter, honey. We're just the girlfriends. We are not worthy of being considered in the same light as doctors.
And I don't know how it is on Chimeara (I stopped playing my Entertainer there a long time ago) but on Starsider there are frequently masters of both stripes in the Coronet cantina. If you decide not to go there, can't help ya. It's where most of the customers go to look for us, so that's where we park it as a master performer in the mood to buff.
The trick is to find master performers of both persuasions who are dedicated enough to their craft that they know how to buff in 3 minutes, 10 seconds and keep Accarragm or doc-buffed in order to do so. Oh...and are actually at their keyboards. That last one's the real trick.

How long have the base dances been bugged? The effects droids on stages? The flos that don't match the dances?
How long will our new bugs last?
I'd guess the answer would be "forever"
