I would like to have a Storage Module and crafting capabilities...I am Master Architect! Can someone help! Seems like there are no DE on Bria

Have you tried the Bria Trade Forum or in-game auction channels on the starter planets?

go to naboo and bring up vendors droid,i think theres de near theed but hes not been on line for ages but did have a house with vendor with a lot droids on it, not that helps much 
. does seem to be lack of de on bria, i had probs finding one, he was going to make me a combat droid then vansihed.

not a DE but try Tog which was mentioned. Near moenia naboo. Also krikkor naboo theed. or my droid guy is Zedder. i use them all.
