Hi,
I purchased a Harvest module droid the other day, but I cannot figure out how it is supposed to work.
I see the option to set the prefered harvest (Meat for example) and the option to set the creature that you want it to harvest from...but where do I find the meat that was harvested? Is it added to my inventory? Or is it supposed to be stored in the droid? If it is supposed to be stored in the droid, what happens if the droid has no storage module (like the one that I got apparently)?
Thanks for the help!

If the droid has storage, it will go there. If not it will go to your inventory as Velneth said.
Did you program a harvest command? Are you getting a confirmation system message that the droid is harvesting?

Humm, I thought I had programmed it correctly....I don't recall seeing a harvest command in the command list, and I know I didn't get a system message. Could you please explain how this works.
Sorry for all the questions, I am obviously a Droid nOOb.
Thanks!

Under the harvest tab, on the radial menu, there two options. One is to set the type of resource to be harvested (hide, meat, bone or random) and the second is to program a command you will need to say each time to get the droid to do it's thing.
For example, if you select the program option and the say "H", everytime you say "H" after that while selecting the corpse of a creature the droid will then roll up to it and harvest it. "/tellpet H" will also work.
You should get a system message each time it works, telling you how much the droid got.

The droid should have two options under it's Harvest Options menu from it's Radial Menu. Set Harvest Interest and Program Harvest or something? If you choose Program Harvest your droid should say ? The next thing you say in spatial or /tellpet will be it's command to go harvest. The droid will respond with ! meaning that it's understood and learned the new command.
The Set Harvest Interest option will bring up a menu where you can choose if you want it to collect Meat, Bone, Hide or Random resources.
You need at least Novice Scout to use the droid module.
Once you've dispatched a creature, with it's corpse still active simply say the command you programmed it to listen for and (assuming it's batteries are charged) it will rush over to the corpse and harvest for you. Due to lag you'll often need to be aware if the droid heard you or not. A lot of the time I'll give it the command, then switch targets but it'll be laggy and it won't have "heard" the command while I had the corpse selected. :/

Thanks for all the help everyone, I figured it out now.
The Droid was working...the User was the problem. I used the creature name for the harvest command (thought that it would automaticaly harvest from that creature, silly me).
Thanks again!
