Sorry, currently impossible (as of yesterday). The mineral required for level 6 storage has never been available on Lowca.

That said, as of when I logged last night there were two R3 that would fill this bill still on my vendor, at the Echelon trading post about 850m south of the Coronet starport. I use a level 4 and level 3 storage unit to overcome the deficiency. And a repair unit. Current price is 10k but I may have to revise upwards depending on my resupply costs. I don't seem to have as much time to tend my own harvesters as once I did.

Oh for an edit button....

There is no such thing as a level 6 power mod, btw. Give it up.

Whatever you can build is kewl. I got those specs from someone else, because I really don't know that much about the droids yet. I'll contact you in-game later this evening if you are online.
