Someone please correct me if I'm wrong:

It requires a Doctor, and they can only load Stim A's.

A doc can load them because docs have a certain Medic column that is needed to load stimpacks. I think it's Medic 0400 or something like that.

It requires xx4x Medic to fill a Stimpack Module on a droid.
