Total droid noob here. I have the same med probot from 2 years ago, cost me 40k and made me broke for a long time.

Is it possible to make a mouse droid with armor, a medical module and self repairing?

yes it is possible with a Adv. MSE. but second question is what do you do with the droid out? if your using it as a combat medic (where it boostes your medic abilitys) i would go with a fugitive tracker just for the fact it has better terrain manuvering.

Yes, I want to use it for combat/pvp but I figured that the mouse droid might be a good idea as it is so small while a probot (fugitive??)would be easily spotted and become fodder. I know that the medical module does work even if the droid is incapped.

the fugitive droid is a smaller round droid that floats hence the better terrain manuvering. the probot is a big target so i wouldnt recomend that for pvp combat, and the Fugitive is about 1/3 to 1/4 the size. if you set the droid in column formation it should line up behind you, so if you keep your self between it and the enemy it should be hard to target but dont quote me on that.

hmm something just came to me. droids that do not have combat modules have a high probability of running away if they are attacked or in the area of an attack.

with that in mind you need to chouse between a autorepair module that will repair your droid up to 25 points per moduleof damage every 10 seconds and reduse your batterie power from 4hrto 2 hr, or a combat module that will allow your droid to not run away and if you wish aid you in combat. if you use it to help in combat your droid will close to melee since they removed the ranged attacks on it after the CU, hopefull its a bug and we will get it back after they fix droids.

whichever way you go make sure you group with it if your higher than cl 30 cause the droid will gain your level and be harder to kill. currently droids can be healed by bacta "spells" which is a bug interduced in the CU and willnot heal themselfs naturaly when called. so you could always hit your droid with bacta to fix damage or you could buy some droid stims tothatheal up to 2k+ of a max hp droid which is about 3200.

One of my toons use the DZ70 with combat and +110 med mods. I love it and they do work great. I'm a level 61 and I always group with it, then only send it to attack when I am getting my butt handed to me. I think I only have x2xx med and that med mod helps me stay alive big time. Onebacta shotis about half my health bar. If I get in over my head and the heals aren't doing it alone I send him out to attack to. Anymore I hardly ever get incapped.
