What is the cap for detonation power? I always assumed it to be 10, but I am a 12 pt Master, using 987 OQ Tolium gas, 974 OQ inert gas, and 998 oq, 960 con copper with a 15.00 eff crafting tool and 44.58 crafting station, and still only get detonation power of 9. Is it possible to make better?
10 is the max (using 1000 rated minerals), but stacked modules use a decimal when adding, so six 97 experimented (9.7 rating) modules would give 58 detonation power.

advanced MSE's are definately nice, since the detonation modules do stack (and MSE's get a +10 bonus per module) so the advanced MSE comes out at a max of 40 power. Putting armor in will let it take a hit or two, can be useful depending on the situation.

Actualy MSE's have a flat +10 bonus if a detonation module is loaded. an Adv. MSE gets a flat +20 bonus if 1 detonation module is loaded in.When the droids were not able to use their special abilitys after they were stored after the pet revamp and when we found out they could use them if they had item storage. I made a buncd of Adv. MSE's with some of my bad tolium that i collected and made some up with item storage to have a friend try them out. The Adv. MSE's came out at 26-28 detonation power with item storage.
putting item storage in bomb droids is just asking for trouble...

i didnt say it was a smart idea.
i posted this on another thread about bomb droids.
hmm that gets me to thinking what would happen if you put a item storage module into a bomb droid and blew it up. I would assume that any item placed in the droid would go up in a cloud of smoke as with the droid.
But it would be a cool way to tick someone off if they bought something from you.

seller: (pulls item from droid) got it. RUN!!!!!!!
droid: BOOM!!!!
seller: Here you go (holds out "name item here") good as new. (part falls off "item")
buyer: Your an idiot. (walks away mad shaking head)
