Thread: How stupid are probots
You know, to nerf is one thing, but what the heck was the logic behind this? The most powerfull droid a DE can make is a dinky probot that can get killed if it attacks a chuba lair. At first I think we all just shrugged figuring the devs would fix them, but don't you think it's been long enough? They constantly run outta power, they can't hit worth a crap, they can't tank worth a crap and when in battle they run back to you bringing agro critters.
You think you can take a min from your busy lives and fix this retarted droid?

Have you actually tried using a well armored probot? They are the best non-ch tank in the game right now, and that will be even more clear when the CL for pets gets dropped. No, they don't do much damage, but that just means more xp for you and it encourages people to group together (as this is a MULTIPLAYER game). They are just right level wise for a general use combat droid, and to top it off you can outfit them with modules such as item storage or a crafting station to make them even more versatile. Only way I could see getting a more powerful general use combat droid is if you didn't allow it to have any modules, or lowered max armor and raised damage or lowered damage and raised armor.
As far as the batteries and power is concerned usually thats not too big an issue as the droid will still protect itself while its out of power, so just stick it near the lair and it will pull some of the hostiles.
Thanks for the suggestions Jenden. I found one with good armor and he DOES tank well. I also read around and see that there power output is getting a bit of a boost. So overall it IS looking better.
Thanks for the reply btw.
