Ok new DE here. Dioxis Gas... is Dioxis Gas the Resource Type or the Resource Class?

And if it is the Resource Class then what is the Dioxis Resource Type so that I might stand a small chance of finding it.

its a gas, its harvested by a gas extractor, and has been on bloodfin about 8 different times since launch

It is an Non-Reactive Gas called Dioxis Gas. It has spawned a total of ONE time right after launch on Kauri.

It sounds like it's suddenly springing up all over the other galaxies lately though... Perhaps Kauri is due.

Taking a well-deserved vacation from his successful Droid Engineering business, Master Rho can be found puttering around the galaxy.

I hope Corbantis is due soon as well. I think we have only seen it once it the early months also.
