Thread: Where is the DE Development Thread please?

I'm sorry to have to post this question. I have looked in several thread sections but I'm at a loss. On the development page, they clearly list the "Droid Invasion" as being the #2 In-Development item, and mention that a thread will be opened (Jan. 5) for comments as to the changes due in the next three months...


However, I have yet to be able to find that thread posted anywhere. I would think they would re-visit that page and add a link to the new thread...


I appreciate any help with this, and apologize if I'm missing it somehwere obvious.

Per standard 'form', no such thread yet exists.

Thunderheart stated last week that this thread (or group of them) would start today.

Yes, today.



(note: I keep telling him not to talk about timetables if we can't meet them. I guess he hasn't learned yet.)

Everytime they miss a time that they, themselves, have publicly stated to us, a little more doubt enters into my mind. I would have an easier time if they either didn't state these times or just achieved their goals.

I was happy in Novmber when they said the DE's would see improvements in Dec and Jan (and hinted at Feb). Here we are, almost halfway through Jan and I am still waiting to hear that there are changes on test center that are getting me excited about FINALLY getting some fixes for our profession.


Let me remind the the devs that the last two things I have seen as improvements to our profession are the customiztion kits (that work only in limited settings) and all our experimentation points that do us no good becuase no matter how much we experiment on our droid parts or final droid assembly's we see no overall improvement.


Outside of that, this profession has been ignored since launch as far as we can tell.

Actually, to be even more correct...

The profession's status/issues have been ignored since I started Beta 3.



Just a thought...

Could we request a name change to the DE profession forums? I'd like to change them to:

"Abandon all hope ye who enter here!!"

I assume it's the 'sniffing' type of glue instead of the 'building' type. *chuckle*
