Do You Need Some Soal?

There are no new droids.

There will not be any new droids above CL10 unless something major happens.

The short story. The devs were planning to make a new profession "Droid Handler" for the new combat droids.

The community (De & Non-DE) overwhelmingly voted it down, and they recanted.

But this left them with no method by which to include new droids CL>10 in the game. (The devs have stated skill points must be spent to acquire them).

So we dont get combat droids. Patch7 they are adding combat modules which will allow R3, LE Repair, DZ-70 and Probots to be combat droids of various levels <=10.

The only possibility to get new combat droids >CL10 in the near future is for a DE Proposed plan to be accepted by the Devs, where you would need to beMarksman 0004 and DE 0040 to use >CL10 droids. You can find information about the proposalunder "Sodan'sHybrid DE Proposal". Failingthat,we likely will not see new droids until Space Expansion in a new profession.
