What does each category of experimentation enhance or boost?

I have tried to find the answer before posting but, my frustration and lack of patience (of which I generally have at least a modicum of) has run out and I just would like clarification, please.

It truly depends on what you are crafting when it comes to DE. on many items experimentation doesnt seem to matter at all, but on others one line matters, and now as of publish 8 we actually have items where 2 lines matter (woohoo this is a good thing!).

Items where it doesn't seem to matter (not a comprehensive list):

Brains, Motivators, Chassis, and some of our older modules (most of the ones with levels 1-6)

also Effect Modules, Repair Modules, Barker Module, and Frames. To clarify, when I say "seem to matter" I mean in the functionality of a final droid. It is entirely possible that well built and experimented parts affect your chances for failure when assembling. In any case, I experiment Effectiveness then Durability in all of these anyway.

Items where 1 line matters (also not complete):

The most important is Effectiveness line of any final droid assembly. Experimenting this line is for the HAM of the droid. Combat Modules, Creature Harvest, and Detonation Modules are improved by Effectiveness. Charges on Customization Kits also.

Two Lines matter (yyup you guessed it):

Interplanetary Survey Droids (Charges or Trip Duration, your call), Stimpack Dispenser, Trap Launcher, to name a few.

Just a small addition to Bunnys info

For final droid assembly the only thing thats matters is the Overall Qualiy of the Chemical resource that you use in the assembly, the other components have no apparent affect on the the experimentation.

I use 997 OQ Lubricating Oil (arf!) in my droids, and that gives me 99% Effectiveness after experimentationwhich translates to almost Max HAM, so for example my LE repairs have 5987 HAM.

im using polymer in my final build which has oq 994 on chimera and getting only 5970 on my LE repair droids even with +12 exp so that extra 3 must make a difference :/

mad but fun

Naritus had a spawn of petrochem 1000 OQ recently, and I was able to get 700k, My R3's and probots are maxed HAM which is nice.
