how do i load the wp into the droid so folks can get it? thanks for the help.

Drag a waypoint of your shop or whatever from your datapad (CTRL+D) into the load waypoint area. Make sure you name it what you want, it's what will be saved into your customer's datapad when they get it.

ok, thanks. I dont remember seeing a load wp area tho. I'll check again.

Do you have Merchant Advertising 4? If not, the options wont be there.

I just wanted to know, if I set-up a Barker droid, and leave the planet, will the droid auto-store?
How long will it stay/patrol before auto-stroring? How far away can I go before it vanishes?

Some people have reported auto-storaing, but usually if you set him to patrolling, he will not.

This somehow has to do with vehicles going poof. More than likely, if you ride your vehicle to a shop after putting your barker droid on patrol, and go inside, your vehicle might auto-store. If it does auto-store your vehicle, the barker droid isauto-stored too. If the bike doesn't auto-store, most likely your barker droid is good to go, and you can even leave the planet without it auto-storing.
Just something weird I observed.

Yeah it is definately buggy. I've called mine out in Coronet, and grabbed a shuttle to Kor-vella, then to Tyreana, and back to Coronet with out my droid storing. I've even left the planet and had it stay out before. Other times I can't go 600m without it auto-storing. Go figure /shrug

yes it is flaky. sometimes they auto-store, but not consistently.
when Ileave my crafting droid out by the factoriesin barking mode (he barks "Please step aside. My master doesn't have time to be bothered with the likes of you!") he never seems to auto-store. there've been times where I left, logged out, and thencame back six hours later and he was still standing there (not barking anymore of course). But when I leave him in a heavily populated location like theed or coronet he seems to auto-store occassionally. probably just a coincidence.
Also, sometimes my alt's combat droid auto-stores right in front of my eyes in the middle of combat. That is most certainly not intended and leads me to believe that the other auto-store instances are not suppossed to happen either.
