I just bought an Advance r3 with all the entertainment modules installed, thinking I could use him for my performaces (Im a Musician 3, which i think might be the problem). I have named him, and programmed him fully (I use both a Probot Combat Draoid, and Adv r3 Harvester) but on the entertainment droid, there is not options to create effects. Do i need to get the skill myself? and can he "patrol" while doing the effects if I get him working?

I have searched the FAQs in this forum and I didn't see anyhting. Help? he already cost me one battery and 2 charges from a Droid customization kit.

Yes, you can set waypoints and have him patrol with the effects going. It actually looks pretty spiffy peeps do that.

Firstly, what kind of entertainment modules do you have installed? There are two different kinds: effects, and playback. If you got one with playback modules installed it won't do effects. It will only record tunes and play them back for you. If you gotone programmed witheffects, then you should be able to use it with any musician skill: not music, mind you- it has to be musician, so if you're still in the entertainer skill tree you have to get to novice musician before you can use that droid (at least that's what I've been told).

Since June 2004, running one of the game's first completely nonviolent characters. Testing the limits of non-combat MMORPG play and trying to have fun into the bargain (although the developers make it difficult).

Combat is no longer compulsory.

A question poped up in my head when i read this, is it possible for a droid to play from a playback modules, and use effects at the same time???
