So TH hasn't posted a class update yet...

He told us a bug was fixed that we already knew was fixed...

He made more vague statements about big changes...

Made more promises about working with Sintrosi...

He told us nothing new...

Made vague gathering information statements...

Did I miss anything ? Yes I'm bitter and negative now, but I'm tired of this scenario replaying itself every couple of weeks.

Get used to it. It has been proven that that is all they do. I would love for them to prove otherwise, but do not hold too much hope for it.

The good news is that he actually played the game for a while. What I really want though is a token bug fix or two on TC to prove they are serious about actually doing things to DE. Even if it delays the 'big plan' for a day, they need to take action. At this point, words are meaningless.

what also bugs me os the shear amount of boot licking people do to him when he posts that he played some over the weekend. A dev playing the game should not be something we are happy about, I mean seriously...it should be a given.

Ohhh, you mean Deja Vu as in, we've experienced things before... by the title, i thought you'd found schematics for some kind of lap dance droid....

Deja Vu with promises, yes

But also with experimentation, omg. They 'upgraded' us to +100, thusly giving us 10 experimentation points. With 5exp we were able to make a blazing 825HAM probot (or something like that). I 'hoped' to make a 830 or 835 one with 10exp and my highest OQ/UT resources.

Nope, nothing..
Crafted it at 819, and it didn't get any more HAM with any experimentation

The fundamental flaw with SOE is they hired people to talk, not program and they suck at talking so that doesn't leave much hope that any programing will get done.

Well, lets look at this game as it is....

Broken specials, DoT out of control, ranged gimped against Jedi while Jedi are gimped against melee (because of DoT mainly), FRS a joke, GCW dead, quite a bunch of 18 month old bugs (some of them seem older than some players [measured by their behaviour])...

We all know that is quite a long list. What do the DEVs say?

THE COMBAT REV.. ERRR UPGRADE WILL FIX EVERYTHING....

Well, I did some research in old posts (REALLY old ones) where they said the same thing.... we all had high hopes that were brought down after over 12 month of NERFs and empty promises and a BIG nothing else.

So I think the question is not WHEN the CU hits but HOW MANY ADD-ONs SOE will lay down FIRST and BEFORE they fix the core game?

I feel there is less and less reason to log in everyday.
what can we do? keep playing and hope? stop paying and resolve?
hey but u can have some really nice PAINTINGS now, greeeeaaat! that alone is worth my subscription!..not
but im not bitter..hehe
and yes i will have some cheese with my whine..
