Nope. Specificly so people can not do what you want it to do.
Batteries last four hours now...that's the most AFK time you are gonna get with them, unless you hire someone to recharge it with a power droid while you are afk.

I soooo wish I could put crates in their and forget about them.... It would be a boon to DEs as you would be able to sell more droids... However I didn't know they lasted 4 hours now. Is that on new batteries crafted or all batteries? When did that come into the game? I had got so used to just popping them out and popping them back in my pocket that I hadnt noticed.........Hmm. 4 hours isn't too bad..... I wish we could write macro commands for the droids to carry out it would be nice to set the droid on a specific person. And sense it would be you fighting it, itwouldbe the computer tracking them down and attacking them theirs no pvp debate. but still it would be nice to be able to set waypoint for it to walk and scan for opposing faction. and attack. Maybe recon droids. droids that come to you and ask you to follow them too so and so to meet pc players...
