does anyone else have draft schematics but not able to craft them

I last night was searching for the r3 craft option but surprise, in front of a crafting station w/ my specialized tool, i couldnt find the option to craft it. anyone else have this problem? yes im a master droid engineer. yes i had all the components ready before i tried to craft teh adv r3 chassis. also advanced droid motive craft option was missing as well.

help?

Were you at a public or private craft station? I believe you must be at a private station to build these.
