I have a couple of uncustomized droid chassis in my house as a display - a BLL chassis that held two R2 chassis, one uncolored, and one with white frame and red trim. Also part of the display were a slightly customized R4 chassis, and an uncustomized R3 chassis. These are all very old chassis, made when I first got master blueprints, so they were all the default colors.

Last night I logged in for the first time since Publish 8, and found that the unmodified R2, R3, and BLL chassis had turned red. Any chassis previously colored (like my red frame/white trim R3 chassis) kept it's colors, but all others (except my protocol chassis on display) turned red.

Anyone else have this happen, where uncustomized chassis suddenly obtained a red frame color?

Oh, and how do you customize deeds and chassis? I only had an hour to play last night, so I didn't get to do much except test my probot, build a stimpack dispensor schematic, and take prepatch probots off my vendor...

After you experiment, you get to the customization window.

Protocol Chasis do not have a customization window, but the deed version does.

Yeah I made a an r2 chassis day before patch and come back with hate mail saying i screwed my customer. why the hell did they change the base color of the frame to RED.

So I had to craft more parts and made a new frame to find out the chassis still is red ARGH!.. I guess ill just make a full an r2 then and tell them to just drop the deed.
