Can't say I find this a highly useful module. It would help immensely that instead of just paying maintenance, you could get the droid to do an assessment run - so after setting him off, a few hours later he would report on the condition and amount of maintenance left in the structures binded. Maybe even check whether harvesters are still running, but that may be going to far and making harvesting too automatic.

Hmm, if they only fixed these... and added an option to check and change resources to harvest. basically i think you should be able to do maintenance and open up the structure maintenance window, without the option to empty the hopper.

These are actually more usefull then you may think. I run 5 factories, 2 warehouses, 1 workshop, and 2 other houses. Yea I have multiple accounts.

I have all of those on my maint droids. Once a week, I simply send them out to top off my structures, this guarantees I wont miss one or forget. In our city town our "Tax Collector" uses them to pay for all the city stuff.

People of course want to use them for Harvestors and such, but honestly, while, nice, I don't think it is needed all that much.

For example, most Minerals, Gasses, and Chemicals run for a spawn cycle of 7-10 days. When you plant the Harvestor, just make sure it has 15 days in the maint, as well as 15 days in the power. At the end of the resource spawn, you go back out and pick up the resources and the harvs at the same time.

Sure sometimes, I may run out there and check after a couple of days, but I never will understand why people feel the need to check their harvs constantly.

Yeah, I use a maint droid to for my harvs... I mean, shuttling to Rori and going 6k out into nowhere to check maint is NOT gonna happen. But they could be made alot better.

However as long as you make sure you delete structures from the maint list before redeeding you shouldn't have to much trouble.

I only assign my fixed structures to my droid. I have houses and factories spread over the galaxy so these little guys are time savers for myself. As for my harvestors i just load them up on power and credits when i plant them, i move them so much i do not see a point to assigning them a droid. I even use survey droids to see what pops on the more remote planets, traveling to Yavin and Dathomir can add up for this poor Master DE.
