Thread: Proposal to help DE & BE BE clones as DE chassis
Premise:
Ok, Ch is popular now, but other than newbie pets a few things are clear:
- MCH is pretty useless, and high end pet sales will be few
- CH can't be balanced, so uber pets can't be either
- Most of the non-CH player base hates them with a passion for both the past-uberness and the nonStarwarsian thing
- DEs need help, they are Starwarsian and hardly uber
Proposal:
Why not make the clone line sellable to DEs as chassis???
Everyone can use driods.
It help immersion to say "its a cyborg driod with a BE made chassis"
It expands your market by one artisan class.
DEs are more likely to get a perk right now than CH.
I had this idea too, but I don't think the 'hard core' Star Wars fans would like it.
No way, I believe that the Star wars universe has no room for a cyborg. There are Droids and hunanoids. The hunanoids control the droids, and the droids do what the master says. -or- get destroyed.
I can only think back to the scenes in the movies where Droids are everywhere. why can we have more of that here. I never remember Luke walking up to a beast and sampling his dna to create a creature to fight Darth Vader with.
