Um, they took it away so people were forced to voice their concerns in their own thread, so that CSR's could identify where the problems a lot quicker. I refer you to TH's very prompt response on the DH debacle.


By categorising problems, they are easier to spot.


And BTW the main SWG page has a "Contact Us" button.

When you fire up the game, you see a button on the Launcher labelled "Account". Click it, then choose "Cancel...".
