I'm asking for help from the DE's as maybe someone has experience this problem.

A few days ago I was using one of those R3ADV droids with 1 combat module and 5 self-repair modules to sort-of tank for me while I shot things with my rifle. Can't remember exactly what happened but I remember my droid and I were both incap'd during a fight with some Mokk's. The droid was too close to Mokk's so I couldn't get to it to heal it and make it stand back up. So I tried to store/recall from my datapad which I usually do in this situation. Well somehow, not sure how, but I ended up with 2 droid's (both with the same name, wounds, etc). One of them (the new one I called out) would follow commands and the other one just kinda follow'd me around and didn't do anything.

Anyways, I tired of harrassing Mokks so I store my pet, but the other one wouldn't store. I went about my business, fighting this and that, and had no problems calling my droid out and using it. Later on a whim I stopping in a DE shop and picked up another tank R3 droid, since I'm so hard on the little guy I figure it wouldn't hurt to have a spare just in case.

When I tried to "ready" my droid unit I got an error message that said "You have too many active pets". I assure you I didn't have any droids, pets, or anything called out. I'm assuming that ghost droid is causing this error but I'm not sure what to do about it.

I opened a CSR ticket only to have them come back and tell me "You can only have one droid out at a time". Kinda frustrating since I told them in the original ticket that all my pets are STORED.

Anyways, I'm used to receiving this kind of stuff from CSRs, and usually get better support from the players. So what i'm asking is, what can I do about this? Or do I have to go down that long hard road of CSR communication.

thanks in advance guys

Maybe server reset will fix it. Or you can destroy the control device (and the droid).

Have you tried a Probot Tank? It has less HAM but it can take 5 autoheals and is more manueverable since it floats and uses ranged attacks.
