hi - i have a wonderful droid that plays marvellous effects while i'm dancing - i'd really like to keep him on the go the whole time and was wondering if there was a command i could use in a macro that would recharge it - i've tried all permutations of /droid and /recharge and /droidrecharge that i can think of, any help from the experts?

also, is it possible to rename a 3PO or surgical droid, or is this, along with the no-numbers-in-names bug, a known issue?

thanks for your help, and kudos to the most undervalued yet needed crafting prof in the game

1) No

2) No, Nameing of 3PO, LE, and Surgical droids is still broken.

If you get one with an item storage module and put batteries in it, it will recharge itself. As far as I know.

Survey says.....

BAAHHHNNNNN

Wrong Answer.

Putting a battery in Item Storage will not automatically recharge the droid. There isn't any possible way for a droid to be recharged by a battery automatically, at this time.

Making SWG more Star Warsy. One droid at a time.

However, if you are in a group with a few others that also have droids, you can have a power droid that will allow the other entertainers to charge their droids without batteries. It still requires them to use the interface on the droid, but you don't go through as many batteries.

You can also have a power droid fitted with an entertainer module. One of the funniest things I've seen in this game is a "gonk" droid who spewed fog out of his arse.
