Just wondering if you can get better than a 92 and if anyone knows what this number relates to the harvesting effect(Quantity)?

Highest rating you can get is 120. Depending on your server you might get anywhere from 110 to 117.
There is no concrete answer on how the bonus works though. Although there are a number of theories.

111 is my best yet.
keep your eyes in the new uncapped aluminium and steels, these will eventually spawn sonething with OQ and CD over 900

The max is 120 with totally perfect resources, so 119 is probably the best we will ever see. It's not to hard to get over 100, but 110+ is where you start to reach the upper levels.

I usually get 106, and my best is 110, I believe but I do not sell many max harvest droids. Usually its 2-3 harvest and something else - like storage.

Best I got is 104... I''ve seen 106-108, not any higher.

Yeah. Got a load of 110s. Best Chilly can do up to now (afaik) is 111. Still waiting for that ultimate steel spawn.

I can make 108 rated harvester droids. If i could get better steel i would break the 110 barrier.

I stock 110s, the best I can do with existing Ahazi minerals. I made a run of 114-rated droids about a year ago with a freak assembly, but those guys are long gone.
