Do surgical droids come with a medical module in them? 110%? So I can use the other two slots for like a crafting station and a storage module?

First no they do not come with 110 med mod, you have to put the med mod in it, with what ever rating you can make. Storage doesnt work on surgicals neither does the repair kit, or data storage.

I believe data storage does work, though I would not swear to it, however since surgical droids only have the space for for two service modules and the common combination is Medical/Chemical it usually isn't an issue (unless it's an advanced surgical droid at which point you gain a third module).

Dev's have said in the past that they would like for surgical droids to automatically heal wounds, though at a rate slow enough not to put doctors and medics out of business. When or even if that will every be put into game remains to be seen.
As for how much I charge for a medical VI module, that's sort of a tricky question. I could sell you a module by itself for around 2k, but if it's installed into a droid then it will probably run in the neighborhood of 3.5k (plus the price of the droid it's put into) and if it is put into a general module socket cluster it will run around 7k, plus around 800cr for the socket cluster, plus the price of the droid.
If you wonder about the changing prices it's because I have evolved a rather odd formula that seems to do a very good job of taking into account resource used, skill required, and the number of builds that it takes to get to the final result (since each build takes more time and increases the odds of losing everything to a critical failure).

Data storage didnt work on my surgicals, nor repair kits or item storage, I found this out when I sold my first super surgical and the person asked where is the repair and storage commands? (*slaps foreheadoh **edit**)
These do all work on protocol driods, im not sure about med mods I havent tried it on them.
