I used to be able to call my droid within a certain radius of my house or at least near other houses. Tonite I can ONLY call it from INSIDE my own house. I want to be able to call it out when I'm at my factories instead of running back inside to make a new schematic, or sell clothes on the street.

What's going on? God they keep making this game worse and worse.

It is a bug where some people can call their pets, not just droids anywhere. 1/2 the time I can call my pets out in the wild, other half I get the You must be OUTSIDE in a city or camp or in or near your Residence to call your pet...

You are supposed to be only able to do it from a camp, city or your house....

This calling issue is lame.

So they don't like us magically calling out pets/droids anywhere. So what do they allow? you can magically create a camp and then call out your droid/pet. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

What they should have done imho is not allow you to call a droid/pet if you are in combat or within x m of a creature.

At least its better for PVP. No one you attack in the open field can now popout his Rancor or ATST.

For us artisans or medics its realy lame. And wtih its bugg where droids/pets stop at zone borders you always have to run back.

Try redeclaring your residence.

This fixed it for me, one friend, and one other person to whom my friend gave this advice.
