Not from Droids, but from probes. With the fix of BH seekers + probes being able to track Jedi, the cost of probes + seekers are now going to increase 100x to actually make up for all the effort spent to make the darn things.

Yes, I know there are MANY in circulation, but this will likely dissapate rapidly.

I find it painfully disturbing how a 0/0/3/4 chef can make 20k off of a single bottle of Vasarian Brandy when the best droid I had ever made sold for 30k.

I sell them at a profit regularly, but they don't make me rich. it actually isn't that hard to make them. I charge 6.5k for a crate of 5 arakyds and it turns me a nice profit, because it costs me a lot less than that to make them. but it doesn't make me rich.

do you really think I'm going to be able to sell them for 650k a crate? that is what 100x means!

That would make me rich, but it sounds like a fantasy to me.

I do think the price is going to go up a bit - I have already started raising mine a little - but 100x is a pipe dream. Even 10x is a long shot.

I'll be happy if we can get 10 CPU for them after the patch. I'm only getting about 8 CPU for Arakyds right now, so that would be a 25% increase. I'll be really happy if it goes higher than that. (10 CPU is a little over 8500 per crate.) If I could get 10k per crate I'd be thrilled - that would definitely make it worth the effort it takes to make 'em.

Something I haven't heard yet, though, is whether or not quality matters in Seekers and Arakyds after the patch. Right now it doesn't... if that holds true then 10-12 CPU would be decent money. But if quality suddenly starts to matter, I think Bounty Hunters may be in for a rude surprise. Good resources run 8-10 CPU all by themselves... so I would want to charge at least 20 CPU for Seekers and Arakyds if I had to use those resources to make them. Think Bounty Hunters are going to want to pay 20k for a crate of Seekers or Arakyds?

I'm pretty sure they won't. They'll just find another DE selling them cheaper.
