Thread: Droid modules failing
I logged in today to 3 different people calling and asking why their droids weren't working as they once did. Two of them are having problems with their medical modules and the data storage isn't working. They are in a R2 and 3PO and neither of them are working now. They noticed this Saturday night and this morning. Both droids now no longer allow any healing.
Then the third person can no longer use the weapons/droid/general crafting module in his adv probot. He noticed this problem yesterday afternoon.
I am on Intrepid and would like to know if anyone else is getting these calls or has seen this problem. Check all the functions of your droids and report your findings. I made the R2 and 3PO about a month ago and I think someone else made the Adv Probot.

Respectfully,
Another word: NO!
I have an Adv. R2 and a Probot, both with medical ability. Neither one functions as a medical droid now, and YES, Iused batteries in them. The food/chem. crafting station in the R2 does function however. The R2 unit stopped allowing me to use it to heal so I got the probot from a friend. What I noticed with the probot that I couldn't prove with the R2 is that it functioned fine until I pulled it out and got the message "your droid's customization has completely faded away". That is when the probot stopped working. The R2 unitstopped workingaround the same time as the customization fadedmessage that I got for it, but I wasn't sure on the timing. The probot I'm positive that it stopped working when I pulled it and got the completely faded message.
So it looks like there's a bug that when the customization fades away completely, it takes some or all of the droid's systems with it.

Try using a brand new battery made after the patch. It worked for two droids with malfunctions that i know of.
Sweet!! That worked thanks Adler
