Ok I just made master DE I was thinking about getting started with BH droids. What do you think is the best thing to start with

Seekers and Arakyd Probe droids are probably the best thing to start with to get your feet wet. Probably worth getting into detonation "bomb" droid next. Beyond that, you have to get a feel for what your server market wants. Pure crafters might be looking for companions to help protect them, so a run of good combat probots might be the answer. But since there are so many combinations of droids possible, you might find yourself making lots of custom models.

Seeker and Arakyd sales have slowed down drastically for me. No more respec for a lot of people. In my opinion, in your position, I would do this....

Make small factory runs of every component we have. This should take you a week or two unless you have 8 or more factories to use. Just 25-50 items each, except regular Brains, of which you wanna make a couple hundred.Inventory management will be very very important, so set up a system to keep track of what you have made and a place to keep it in order. I use one house for this, and I have a backpack with one crate of every module and component DE use. Backpack has about 45 items in it, including some misc clusters. The backpack allows you to craft on the fly. Naturally you'll wanna make yourself a crafting droid, and 2 or 3 more with Item Storage modules to hold resources.

Now, fill up your inventory and droids with your components and a wide selection of resources, then hang out at a popular spot, and make droid-to-order. This will get you some experience with the crafting process. Alternetaly you can just hand make 3 droid of each kind possible, using different chassis and module combinations. List them on a vendor after researching other DE prices to match their prices. Not ONE DE, look at several DE prices. to get an idea of the range.

This process should get you really comfortable with DE crafting, and maybe make you some creds too! Good Luck!

Jedi will never be a starting profession...Looted items and quest items will never be better then crafted items, this is not a loot based game...CH will return shortly...CH and BE will not be back in game...Rangers are getting their revamp next!...The stealth system will not be changing in the spy expertise...Need any more examples of things the devs said that did not hold true?

Hello all I am a relatively new player. I have a TKA masters and almost a Fencer one, 4 4 3 4. My question is do I need armor, what is a good weapon to use. How about other enhancments ie spice and or food? I have focused mainly on grinding especialy with the double xp stuff. So I am not to sure of everything else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You say you're a Master TK? If so, you have Innate armor on you at all times, except when you're wearing actual armor. TK Innate armor has 6000 resists to everything, so if you find some armor better than that, you can buy it, or you could just use your normal TK Innate armor and use Center of Being, it gives a boost of 500 defense.

The inate armor is always "active" or do i have to use center of being to work it. Or does center of being add an additional bonus to the inate armor. If my question makes sense.

Innate is always active, unless you cancel it by wearing armor. It will remain active regardless of what weapons you have.

COB has to be activated and, at the master level, lasts about 45 seconds. COB can be used any time you are not holding a ranged weapon.
