SWG Messenger... Those of you who have played EverQuest know what I'm talking about. In EQ there's a messenger client you can install that allows you to talk to people in game, even if you are not.

Now I'd imagine that it'd probably be easier to create an SWG Messenger program than the EQ Messenger... The chat system in EQ was pretty much evil.

At any rate, I'm sure this is just wishful thinking, while I sit here at work.

Probably easier to ask fer this then droideka's or battledroids! lol this would rock for a player city cantina...

woot got asked today if I was high level Droid eng... (with the Master Droid eng tag up) and if I can make droids from the clone wars... Should have said sure... heres an R2. lol

That would be great! A cook could load the thing with drinks and it could wander the cantina vending them on it's set patrol route, what would be really neat is if you could set it commands like "R2, bring me a beer!" and it would come over to you, you'd get a little popup saying "R2 demands 50 credits for your order, [okay] [get lost droid!]" and you'd have to pay for the drink without having to deal with a trade window. =3 I can even see it having use in battle, a bio engineer could have it passing out stims to his team!

Not only could it be a cantina operative, but also create them as mobile vendors. Sell the droid with barker modules, ability to sell 200 items and then you see 3-4 droids barkering goods in front of Theed instead of people. It would sell like crazy. Plus, it'll still look cool in a cantina.
