I was told that player cities allows 15% extra experimental and 10 assembly points to all crafters.
Doesn't this mean that no crafters will want to buy a droid for crafting outside anymore withtheadded benefits from player cities?

I'm really hope that the bonuses stack.

Well, the whole "crafting outside" applies to crafting anywhere. So while it may not be useful in a higher-tier Player City, it may indeed still be useful in a regular NPC City, or out in the wilderness.

This is ONE OF the bonuses a player city can offer, and depends on what Politican skill level the Mayor is. They have to climb the City Specilizations tree to offer that bonus.

Experimentation has no real impact on the end-product droid right now, so there really won't be a difference between droids crafted in a city with the bonus compared to those not. Additionally, since we now have 10 experimentation points that do nothing at Master versus our old 5, often you still have points left over even after you've experimented a droid to the maximum. Finally, assembly is another thing that doesn't really affect your customers. Higher assembly points reduce your critical failures, which your customer doesn't know or care about...

Its a passive bonus, it should benefit anyone craftign in the city (no matter what they're crafting with).

Thats nice for droid engineering, but DE's dont sell crafting station droids to other DE's. A crafting station that works outside in a droid is one of the what two uses for a droid. If crafters dont need a crafting droid within a city border there goes one of our markets. . . Poof.
