Thread: I'm pretty sure it is the Guard command that breaks Probots.

I was testing last night in an effort to try and isolate this bug. Many good probots died a sad death during this testing process, a moment of silence please......
As long as I didn't use the "guard" command, my Probots damage was consistent and seemed correct. However, once I used the Guard command, he never worked right again. Storing, trading, and incapping did not fix him.
Not definitive testing, but I think Guard is broken. I'm actually not surprised, because Guard is borked on R3's as well. They end up running all over the place.

Hmm...an interesting theory. I'll have to fool around with that a bit...

Hmm... I test it later.
But I think the switching to 'melee' due to range is the more likely, and seems to be pretty consistant for me.
I think I've had 'broken' probots with using Guard.
