From today's TC notes...

- Increased the amount of Bounty droids in crates.
- Increased the amount of charges on Bounty droids.

Watch them complain when we raise prices on the bigger crates! Yay, now we get to sell fewer stacks BH droids, too! Fun for all!
They also updated seeker track to use a droid charge. Not that many are going to be using that once they get seek fixed to always return names, but still, that was at least a nice thought.

ugh

You missed a very important note there.....

The Track option on Seeker droids will now consume a droid charge.

Bu-bi Infinite seeker use. This means that all of the missed out sales will be reappearing. Add that to the new 'Boss' missions, and we should see a heavy boost in sales.

Making SWG more Star Warsy. One droid at a time.

I noted it in my post, but the usefulness of that command is really been toned down since the 'track' command doesn't give the name of the jedi being hunted, but the 'seek' command is supposed to. Now, if they change the functionality of track to also return the name, or maybe cut down how long it takes for the droid to do its thing and come back, it would definitely be a welcome change.

I should probably hold off on bitching until I find out what the changes actually are. As it is, a crate of Arakyds take 5x resources (that is, 5 times the resources of making one) for a 25-use crate. If they double the crate size to 10 and the stack size to 10, then we're looking at 10x resources for a 100 use crate. That's a massive profit loss from where I'm looking at it. If they increase stack size to 10 and crate size to 25, we're looking at 25x resources for 250 uses, and that's not as bad. The stack size is the all-important factor.

For PvE the "seek" options is a waste of a droid, you always use "Track" as it keeps updating fora few minutes so this will significantly increase droids consumed (especially with new Boss BH missions).

For PvP we will have to see - with the Ryatt trail LoS bug being fixed (Players will no longer be prevented from attacking (or being attacked by) targets throughout Level 5 of the Rryatt Trail on Kashyyyk due to invisible obstruction.) things may change slightly, but if your target is on Kash you don't use a seeker anyway (no point)

Pity they kicked us off TC when they did (we didn't get the usual 10min warning, we got "connection lost") - I was about to go get some components running for BH droids, may take me a while to get details on the new crate changes once TC is back.

The Shiro Clan of TC -

...is still tracking down more bugs
NB: Any comments I make on TC code can and often do change
before they reach live and may not reach live at all, please read my
comments with that in mind.

I think the greater number of BH droids per crate is a godsend. I am limited to 250 items on my vendor, and most customer buy at least five crates anyway. Woohoo!
