Droid Engineer Archive

I made a surgical droid with 2 lvl 4 medical modules and a food crafting station, but when he pulls it out, he is not able to heal wounds. He does not get the message with another droid he bought from someone else.

Does anyone know what the difference is between these two droids? Why does mine not let him heal wounds?
