Thread: Question about composite segment in the lvl 6 armor module.
Rho - you are currently correct.
However, I think that in the future, materials and experimentation will change, just as they did for arch.
So, call my goofy, but I use the best materials I can when making my droids, and experiment the mods all the way up.
This means that I use the best comp segs I can get my hands on.
Now, there is one factor that I am pretty positive is true - your failures will decrease the better the module. So,, to avoid those critical failures, it is a good idea to experiment the stuff up.
I have noticed one other thing. About 1/20 of my droids are bugged and won't remember their commands. I did an experiment where I ground out MSE droids, and experimented on them until I got one where I failed on the final experimentation, and got a zero in effectiveness (this actually took a bit of time... lol). In any event, that droid did not remember his name or commands.
The changes for architect are affecting items already in existence though. So even if you use good materials now, if they implement experimentation, it wont effect the droids already made. I dont think.

Ok, thanks.

You never know, though.
For me, I run four heavies at any given point in time. So, when a really good resource pops, or a rare that I need, I just drop all four on it and get 100K units plus.
Of course, one can only do this approach when one has a base stock of materials and can go for a few weeks without mining other resources.
