I see one major problem with the new plan, and I hope most others do also. That is the plan for DE only attack droids. Yes, this is a very cool idea, but the one major problem with it, its DE only. I'm assuming most of us became a DE because we wanted to setup a shop and make droids for people and this just goes against that. I mean saying to someone, "I'm sorry I can't make this kickass droid for you, but I can give you this crappy Probot instead", just ruins the business. And if is by levels that you hneed to control the droid, then we will have millions of people bugging us about how to lvl fast so they can take on a tusken raider or an AT-ST or whatever else this droid will be used for. I get many questions from people on how to level the fastest, so I made a guide (http://swg.allakhazam.com/db/guides.html?guide=152) and it says what we all say to them. But if this happens, I, and the rest of us, will probably get tells up the ying'yang on lvling.

Don't ruin the business, make it so all people can use it, or make it so at least it is another profession that is the deciding factor, like marksman or something.

This topic has already been discussed ad nauseum. Scroll back a few pages and you're bound to find some colorful threads. There's really nothing else that can be said about this issue that has not already been written. Just have to wait and see what SOE decides to do.

Yeah, that "plan" (I use that term loosely) wasn't taken too well. We're supposed to be hearing something new in the next few days hopefully.
