Ok, didn't see this in the stcky'd issues or other up top...and didn't see any topic jump out at me on the first couple pages...
and if its been beaten to death sry =/...wish they'd fix the search functon...
I just made a few combat droids...
R3 ADV droid....all combat modules...should have been a final rating of 582...
had two clusters of 291 stuck in it...
the final droid shows nothing other than health of 3742...and the droid_default personality chip????
????

This is a known issue.
It is listed in the Publish 18 warning and has even been acknowledged by the DEV team as an issue that they are working on, with a possible patch to be released Soon (TM)

oh ok sry =/...guess i had remembered wrong what that one talked about...thought talked about how pre pub 18 droids had their combat rating removed...
mine was freshly crafted so thought i was in the clear =/

Pre-Publish 18 Droids show their Combat Rating. That is the 'problem'. If the droid lists a Combat Rating, then it will not have any combat features. If the Droid was made after Publish 18, it won't display any Combat Information until after you undeed the droid.
Hopefully, since RThorton is supposed to be tinkering with code, we will see a fix for the display issue and a fix for the pre-18 deeds within the week.
