Somehow I must have missed a patch note and follow up messages about this. When did they change it so you can't put droids in data modules? I had a rude awakening last night when I was doing the datapad shuffle to show off the different droid looks(yes, it's been a while since I've done that). Did they eliminate storing droids completely or just limit it?

Pets and droids pets can no longer be stored in datapads at all. The ones you have in them are still there, but once you transfer them out, you can't put them back in.
