As a novice Droid Engineer, could I place one of your modules(4-6) in my crappy MSE Droid?

I have never tried, and I'm tired of having a useless mouse following me.

If so, I'm looking for a (2 of each) level 6 Medical Module, Chemical & Food Crafting Module, and Weapon and General Crafting Module.

yes, you can use any droid part made by someone else but unless you have the schematic, you just cant make it yourself.
