To be honest - never

The problem is that those people who want battle droids (of any description) dont want them for the looks so much as their abilities. Sure the devs could give us the droid skins for battle droids (which I think is a good idea) but your customers would soon be complaining that they were no harder than any other combat droid you could supply them (and we're not going to get harder droids without some kind of 'droid commander' profession which I still oppose 100%)

Almost daily. Not so much asrequest to make one, but more in the lines of " I wish you could make droidekas". Heck, I'd be happy with just a decorative chassis. Or even a chassis of a Fed battle droid that's been "decomissioned". But, to be honest, I'd take an IG assassin first. They're so under rated lol.

I still fail to see the difference between a DE-crafted Droideka and a faction recruiter-supplied AT-ST. Both would be powerful pets that do not require any skills to use. The Droidekas would also instantly make te DEs of the galaxy very popular.

It wouldn't be so bad if the factory time on the mandible claw component wasn't so freakin long. Granted, I can tolerate the I-Beam laser cylinder running as long as it does... I mean... wow... the components involved are nuts!

Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to loot a Battle Droid schematic from the Arvanian Pirate Engineers yet... 0 loots from 497 kills!

And.... the quest for the Hailfire droid.... geezus... gimme a break. They really EXPECT us to leap over a lava pit, while in battle with a Fire Treaguk, in CLOTHES... omg.... I'm a DE for heaven's sake, not a freakin TKM!!!

I have yet to sell the only one I can make, the Droideka, so I'm not making anymore runs. Really thought people would pay the 450K for one... if they only knew how much the components cost me..... let THEM go be a DE for a while.... bastards!

Every time I get asked for an IG-88 or a Battle Droid (or even a Terminator shudder) I pull out an LE Repair and talk the customer into how tough and battle ready it looks

What weird and wonderful droids have you been asked to craft that we don't have the schematics for?

well.. not often asked, but I am asked for droids that could help my guild (WOOK) as tanks in DWB

normally if I pull out some examples of what I thinkthey want I get responses as:

"no, I literally meant a tank"

"How is that supposed to kill an SBD?!"

"Its ugly"

"whats its armor rating?"...."can you do any better than 40% resists!?"

Never, course I walk around with a master rifleman tag
