Where did you find the ditanium steel?

None on Endor or Naboo (Starsider)

No Duranium steel (req for the binary load lifter) either. I've about had it with this running around the galaxy to get resources crap.

I got a protocol droid and besides the cool factor there isnt much they can do, i made it so he patrols the inside of my large Naboo house, i think it would be neat to set up a patrol points in a city and he would walk around saying go to XXX XXX coords for XXX such item plus he could be like the vendor on the move people could stop him and talk and purchase items of it.... Cause for 25k credits he doesnt do much, but i already have 900k credits and there isnt much out there to buy out there yet...

The Devs could at least make protocol droids deliver anowner's prerecorded messages to passersby or anyone who might click on [Converse] with it. Thatmight have a little use for players who want to leave hawkers in towns with directions on how to get to their shops (or we can continue having ads placed on the bazaar)... or anything really. A guide (return/lead to owner or waypoint) function for interested clickersmight make a nice option too.

I had wondered if they couldn't invent an "Entertainment module" to help mobilize BF healing entertainers a little more (if only anywhere within city limits) but I think SOE is firm on filling cantinas and hotels. Of course if languages would ever amount to anything, they could be fitted with a language module.

Oh the humanity!

Nice idea with having protocol droids as carnival barkers in the cities!!!

Could you imagine the bank area with 50 droids screaming out advertisements!!!!

ok... so just leave it as a radial click on [Converse] then. I still like the idea of prerecorded messages. It can open up a new area of player creativity... even.. god forbid... roleplaying props.

I now this isnt the rite place for this post...but where does one acquire a protocol droid with all personal crafting stations installed with in programming...would also like a storage bay too.

The droid you seek is impossible... The only droid that can hold 5 crafting station modules + item storage is the R3....
