Also, so this thread doesnt get locked, anyone have suggestions on how they could implement a certification system?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Jeassa's not a Dev. She's a forum moderator, which means she basically just polices these boards. That and (occasionally) forwarding posts she feels deserving to the Devs to review.
