There is even a neat craftable tool for Crustacean farming as well. Artisans with Engineering 3 can make the tool, but not until they have quested for the item and have the schematic in their inventory. Once they find the schematic and craft the tool, anyone can use it. Once the players have the tool they need to have the tool in their inventory, be standing in water, not swimming and then the shellfish trap will have a chance of finding mollusks and crustaceans (Who's got the melted butter?)

So now I can use quest schematics to make a friggin CLAM TRAP? But there are no new droids in publish 6?

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS GAME!?!?!

How many chef schematics were usless due to crustacian? And how many droids work?

Thats it, i'm done....

I can't complain TOO much about other professions getting fixes they should have, too. Apparently there have been products chefs couldn't make because they had no way of harvesting the needed resources. I just wish that droids were as central to this star wars game as they were to the star wars movies.

Tailors now have a new schematic as well. Clam diggers of +10 clam digging. Oh yeah, and they broke the Probot art.

mollusks and crusteaceans are used for BE tissues... same for milk. before this patch, the only place to get these items were in those pile of debris you see in alot of the POI caves. Each tissue requires like 10-25 units of those resources... you find maybe 1 unit in the debris, and it has to be the same type to stack for the BE tissues... so the clam harvesters will be really helpful. Now... being that this has been asked for since the game came out, and it's just occuring with publish 6, will give an idea how long it takes the devs to 1) realize theres a problem, and 2) actually decide to fix it.

I'm glad the fewprofessions that use mullusk meat are getting their fix... That's good.

I'm sad that allprofessions can't benefit from useful droids. That's depressing.

And on the grounds of this I still maintain that in order to get the cmponents for the "Droid lubricant" spice, smugglers should have to milk probots

I think the clam trap is more important than a droid repair tool for sure. We need more BE pets in the world. Droids? That's just for the movies, kiddies. This is SWG!

We need to understand that anything that doesn't have to do with movie fun has a higher priority than those things that DO drive a good Star Wars game. I'm glad that Chef gota fix/boost to help them. Now that they can harvest shellfish, I have a request to the devs:

1. May the DE's have a power droid that actuallyhave the ability to supply power?

2. May the DE's call more that one droid so that we can fix/power (see above)our owndroids as well as help out others?

3. May the DE's be able to install working personality chips? C3P0 talked so much they shut him down...but here in SWG, all droids are silent...

You know...little things.
