Hi, I've recently mastered DE (couple weeks ago, actually) and I'm trying to get a business off the ground. To date, with the exception of MSE storage droids that have been sold almost exclusively to my PA, I have only sold custom droids. It seems that other than the odd chassis sold for decoration (does EVERYBODY have to have a protocol droid in their living room?), about the only thing that sells is R2 units with medical, storage & food/chem station. I'm not too far off the beaten path (on Sunrunner, in Ragnarok, about 2km outside Theed with shuttleport), in a mall wiht 15 or so assorted vendors, so we almost always have good traffic.

I'm wondering what is a good stock line to keep up on my vendor? This character is DE/Doc, my alt is going master merchant fo radvertising, but i have little to no idea what to put up to make sales. As it is, if the alt didn't have the ability to take missions for money, my harvs would be breaking me. Any and all advice would be highly appreciated.

Probably the best selling droid of all time is the probot with F&C craft and a 110 med rating. These things go like hotcakes. Plus, now that multiple crafting stations in one droid function, you can make the ultimate R3. These will sell for a pretty penny as well.

Agreed, Probots with full medical and R3's are the hot sellers.

I just gave a bunch of advice in this thread : http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=droid_engineer&message.id=63181 - check it out for a bit of general DE business sense.
