Thread: DEA Are we price-fixing? I'm ready to sell.
Thanks Sodan. I guessed that you would understand what I was trying to say.
One of the most frustrating things about crafting is going out, finding premium resources and lovingly crafting an item only to find some newbie selling it for 10% of what they should. Even if theirs is of lesser quality.
I would appreciate your suggested pricing windows very much.
It is possible, however, through effective communication of DEs (via your server's local DEnet) to set price 'windows'.
This has happened on Ahazi and has been, as best as I can tell, very successful.

Respectfully,
Well, that's what I meant. I think I'm selling too low and don't want to undermine the DEs trying to make a living.
Just trying to be a good sport.

Seriously. Just do it little-by-little. I've increased the price on R2 Adv units from about 20k to 28-34k over the last weeks and months.
None of my clients even seemed to so much as bat an eyelash.

IDEA does not and cannot impose price fixing schemes. However, I am happy to give your pricing guidelines in-game O-Jen.
There is a value that customers are willing to pay for droids and given the saturation of money in this game I find that that value is increaseing. You can either sell your droids for cheap and make very little money for your trouble and time. Or you can sell higher and make lots of money. If you undersell dramatically, you are screwing your fellow DEs.
Undersellers will be bought out. Me and a handful of MDEs have found it very profitable to buy-out undersellers and often double our money.
Yep, that's true. Of you could sell them to me for 10k and I'll sell them faster than I can keep them stocked for more.

Then raise your prices.
