Thread: Scouting XP effects and CH XP \ pets?

OK I am a DE currently about to reshuffle my template and grinding Bio-engineer, 1 tree of CH. I have just built myself a droidwhich I would count as my first decent droid (still not master DE) with the food and weapon crafting stations a decent enough combat module (now I realise they dont stack) and some level 4 armour and a medic module. It has my highest stat items so far, now that I understand a little more about experimentations and clusters etc.
Now I have several questions.
Does using the Droid to harvest effect Scouting xp? do I have to get a shot ont he creature first in order to gainscouting xp using the droid when grouped?
Does CH additional called pets allow calling more than one droid? I've seen a ch use a droid and a pet before but no idea if 2 droids is allowed? does killing with a droid gain CH xp? or does only using animal pets count?

No, you can only call one Droid at a time, all CH does is allow you to call a "living" pet.
I'm not sure on Scouting XP though, I "think" you still get XP, but am not positive.

As I recall way back when (as in when harvesting droids first came into being) you got xp but it was a reduced amount. That was a long time ago though so things have probably changed.
