can any one tell me the best way to make xp for droid building i wana know what i can build that will give me the best xp

Sometimes I wish there were a A (Semi) Complete Guide/FAQ for all things Droid

Yes, read the section on grinding in there, it's all explained. The short answer is it depends. Most people start out with MSE droids and then work their way up as they gain access to more schematics.
